As the Most Haunted building in England according to Horrible Histories author Terry Deary, the Falstaff's spine-tingling ghost tours, all by eerie lantern-light, are not for the faint-hearted!

Why not join those people who have bravely come from all over the world to hear the famous ghost stories within this seriously spooky property - and, of course, all the inside stories of when Most Haunted Live filmed in the building!

Winter Ghost tours

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Tours are held every evening at 6pm.

Friday, Saturday Tours are held at 6pm and also at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm 

Minimum of two people.

£7.50 per person (10% off parties of 12 or more)

Summer Ghost tours

Sunday Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Tours are held every evening at 6.00pm.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday Tours are held at 6pm and also at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm (also late on Thursday during peak season).

Sunday tours at help at 6pm only.

Minimum of two people. (Please note that there is a small charge for Paypal use, shown as p&p)

Disabled access on Ghost Tours

If you have mobility problems, and unable to manage the stairs, fear not, you can still attend some of the ghost tour (you will hear the opening speech in the cobbled carriageway; the first two rooms; the last two rooms and the end speech in the witches courtyard). Our courtyard attendant will stay with you throughout to assist and try and 'fill in' any gaps. Please see our disabled access policy.

Falstaff's guides and mediums are obliged to deny entry to, or eject (without refund), any person who they believe, through drunkenness, or for any other reason, may disrupt the tours or vigils for other guests, or affect their safety.

The evening ghost tours and vigils are NOT suitable for children.

Patrons are reminded to be extremely careful as they go round the building.

The vigils may not be suitable for people with claustrophobia.

We reserve the right to remove anyone who is disrupting the museum or other visitors, abusing staff or interferring with any of the exhibits (without refund). Any damages must be paid for.

Due to changes in Consumer Law replacing the Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951 we are obliged to state the following: "All services provided on ghost hunts, vigils and other events are for entertainment purposes only."
